About me

I am Taz Uddin, a senior engineering professional and MEP specialist with over 19 years of hands-on experience across electrical & mechanical design, switchgear systems, power generation, grid deployments, and full-scale MEP project execution. Throughout my career I have led multidisciplinary teams of up to 30 engineers on high-value infrastructure, industrial, and power projects—including landmark assignments such as the Dhaka MRT Line 6 and the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Terminal 3 Extension. I consistently translate complex client requirements into reliable, efficient, and scalable engineering outcomes that meet international standards. My core strengths span technical design and evaluation, complex synchronizing solutions, vendor and procurement management, risk assessment, and end-to-end project management—from conceptual design through to commissioning and handover. I bring the same rigor and attention to detail whether working on a 48 MW generator room or an MEP fit-out for a commercial building. I am driven by a commitment to engineering excellence and a track record of exceeding client expectations in highly competitive environments.

I manage EPC projects from end to end — coordinating engineering design, vendor procurement, and on-site construction to deliver turnkey solutions on time and within budget. With 19+ years of experience, I bring the leadership, technical depth, and commercial awareness required to execute complex projects with precision.

Complex Synchronising Solutions

I design and implement advanced paralleling, load sharing, and synchronizing systems for solar, multiple generators, and utility-grid applications. These solutions ensure seamless power transfer between the generator and the mains supply without loss of load—a critical requirement for hospitals, airports, data centers, and other mission-critical facilities.

MEP Design & Execution

I deliver complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and execution services for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Renewable Energy Consulting
